Wedding Planning & Coordination
Planning a wedding involves a lot of moving parts – and that’s where I come in. As a Melbourne-based wedding planner, I work with couples in the lead-up to their special day to assist with fine-tuning their wedding plans, reviewing timings and walking through the venue/s to finalise all the logistics. On the day, I oversee set up and suppliers, coordinate timings, and handle any last-minute changes – so that couples can relax and enjoy their day stress-free.
I support weddings in Melbourne, Yarra Valley, Dandenong Ranges, Mornington Peninsula, and local regional areas to Melbourne. I also specialise in supporting DIY weddings.

As your on-the-day Wedding Coordinator, I’m your calm in the whirlwind- managing everything behind the scenes so you can truly enjoy your celebration. This includes:

In the lead-up to your wedding, I’ll work closely with you to review your plans, confirm supplier expectations, refine the run sheet, and walk through the venue(s) to finalise ceremony and reception timings and setup details.
