Planning a wedding involves a lot of moving parts—and that’s where I come in. As a Melbourne wedding planner, I work with couples in the lead-up to their special day to assist with fine-tuning the wedding plans, including the logistics and timing of both the ceremony and reception. On the day, I manage and support suppliers, oversee setup, coordinate timings to ensure the event runs smoothly, and handle any last-minute issues—so they can relax and truly enjoy your celebration, stress-free.
I also specialise in supporting DIY weddings where couples source their own suppliers, decorate the venue themselves, and BYO food and drinks. Known for my attention to detail and quick thinking, I manage unexpected issues calmly and seamlessly, ensuring your day stays on track and true to your vision.
How I Can Support You On Your Wedding Day
As your on-the-day wedding coordinator, I take care of all the behind-the-scenes logistics to ensure your day runs smoothly from start to finish. My services typically include:

managing and supporting suppliers on the day,

overseeing venue setup, including furniture layout, decorations, and signage,

supporting the celebrant or priest with the bridal party’s arrival and cueing music if needed,

ushering and assisting guests,

keeping the event running to schedule, e.g. cueing musicians, prompting speech givers, coordinating food service timings,

handling any unexpected issues or last-minute changes, and

assisting with pack-down and bump-out.
In the lead-up to your wedding, I’ll work closely with you to review your plans, confirm supplier expectations, refine the run sheet, and walk through the venue(s) to finalise ceremony and reception timings and setup details.
